Materials and care
Glitter is a very resistant but delicate material. You have to pay attention to it because neither waterproofing nor spray will protect it. Only your love will do.
Be sure to remove the protective plastic on the sole before wearing your shoes and only once you are sure you won't return them for a refund.
Delivery

Bring your Patricia Blanchet to your feet at the speed of light, thanks to our Colissimo service, or prefer in-store pickup for those of you in a hurry!

FREE in-store pickup: come and pick up your items immediately after placing your order in our palace located at 20 rue beaurepaire 75010 Paris.

Colissimo in a Relay Point in France OFFERED: your package is delivered within 48 hours to the Relay Point of your choice (choice of Relay Point after payment), for any order placed before 1pm, from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be shipped the following Monday*.

Colissimo domicile France : 9€ (+2€ per additional pair), your package is delivered within 48h directly to the address of your choice, for any order placed before 1pm, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be shipped the following Monday*.

Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days maximum* at Patricia Blanchet 20 rue Beaurepaire 75010 Parisby filling out the return form included in your package. Beyond that, any return will be refused, the postmark being proof.
  • The return is at your expense, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a shipment with tracking, delivered against signature and to insure it up to the value of your pair.
  • You can also drop off / exchange your order directly at the Parisian boutique at the above address.
    Upon receipt of the shoes if they are intact and everything is returned in the same condition: box in perfect condition, pouch, tissue paper, totebag, intact sole and plastic under the sole in place, we commit to refund or exchange your purchase within a week of receiving your return package. Only one exchange will be possible per order.
  • For the return of orders outside the European Union, please follow the instructions provided with the return form.
