For all orders placed on the Internet, returns are accepted within the following limits 14 days from the date your order is made available at a relay point or received at home.
Any shipment sent after this time will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Only unused merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted, including tote bag, pouch, card, footwear for ankle boots without zipper, plastic film under soles and protective plastic pouches.

On receipt of the shoes, if they are intact and everything is returned in the same condition, we will refund or exchange your purchase within one week.

You can also drop off and/or exchange your order directly at the Paris boutique at the above address.

For the return of orders outside the European Union, please follow the instructions provided with the return form, otherwise your return package will be refused.

In the event of a refund, you will be credited to the credit card, gift card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.

Exchanges on the site are valid only once, while stocks last. In case of exchange for a pair at a higher price, we will proceed to the creation of a credit on the site, which will be used to order the desired pair.
